-GUIDELINES FOR THE NEW MEMBER-

GUIDELINES FOR THE NEW ASPIRING MEMBER

1. All aspiring incoming members must report to the GROUP'S SCREENING COMMITTEE and are required to give the following info:

NAME: (first name, middle name & last name)

ADDRESS:

BIRTHDAY:

E-MAIL ADDRESS:

CONTACT NUMBER:

LOCATION: (city, province, & country)

TIME SLOT TO LOGIN:

PICTURE: (JPEG FORMAT)

All information shall be log including the date applied and file it in a separate file (MSEXCEL) and should be forwarded to the secretary for the record keeping.

2. The group's secretaries must screen properly all new applicants.

3. The new list of applicants will be forwarded to the secretary then copy furnish to all officers. New applicants shall be informed to all members via memo indicating his/her name, the SN and the date of his/her probation period.

4. New member file will be included in the DATA FILE of the secretariat. MEMO will be send to all members informing that there is a NEW MEMBER ADDED to the Clan.

5. All applicants should use the same account on the room at all times during their Probationary Period.

6. Members should use just one DIABLOZ AND DIABLAZ ACCOUNT.

1. The Diabloz& Diablaz Clan main objective is to gain friends, welcome all the visitors and to mingle with other clans and groups.

2. All group members are encouraged to help one another, extend the best they possibly can.

3. Always be cool and friendly. Giving opinions is good but prevent ourselves from uttering “BAD WORDS.” Be polite and well mannered on expressing our ideas. It is also to remind our visitors to do the same things to others.

4. All internal disputes should be forwarded and decide by the Board of Panels. This Panel will act on such issues promptly upon receiving such complaints.

5. All “ LAMERZ ” (EPAL) should be ignored, “ CODE 5 ” should be the magic word.

6. Make all visitors feel at home and let them see that our group is a one big happy family. Keep in mind that we are once a visitor and it’s time to pass on the warmth welcome we’ve been receiving from the very start.

7. All members are encouraged to express their ideas and opinions for the benefit of the group.

8. All memos, data file and log files are confidential no distribution shall be made unless approved by the officers. Data files (containing all members’ information) are highly confidential. If a member or officer (except the President and the Vice President) request for this file, he/she needs approval from the POB'S to validate his purpose of requiring such data file.
